On July 10, 2020 Haiyan Science and Technology Talents Conference was held in Haiyan Grand Theater. At the meeting, Wang Suishe, head of Haiyan County, and President Lu Xinbo jointly signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement.
Based on the agreement, both sides will carry out close cooperation in speeding up the transformation of scientific research results, setting up a talent workstation to promote the exchange of talents, building an expert think tank for consultation and administration to carry out county economic research, and building an internship and training base to carry out talent training.
