From May 24th to May 26th, the 16^th Zhejiang Provincal “Challenge Cup” Undergraduate Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Works Contest was held in Zhejiang Sci-Tech University. Students from Jiaxing University won 2 special prizes, 2 first prizes, 2 second prizes and 15 third prizes, the winning rate reaching up to 88%. The number of special prize ranked No.3 in Zhejiang province, which broke the record of the past performances in this contest. Jiaxing University finally won “the Best Progress Award”.

The “Challenge Cup” Undergraduate Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Works Contest is one of the undergraduate innovative contests which have the biggest scale, most works and the most widespread influence nationwide. Jiaxing University has always been dedicated to cultivating students’ innovative consciousness and improving their innovative ability as well. From 2015 to 2019, Jiaxing University has won 5 national prizes and 49 provincial prizes in the “Challenge Cup” Contest.
