Ranked No. 8 in the country, Ye Wei, a student from College of Business in Jiaxing University, has won the special prize in the 7th “CFFEX” National College Students Financial Knowledge Contest. Other special prize winners all come from elite universities such as Nanjing University, Nankai University, etc.
Finance major in Jiaxing University focuses on the combination of theory and practice. School-enterprise cooperation provides a good opportunity for cultivating students’ professional quality and practical abilities. Jiaxing University attached great importance to this contest so that some future experts from school-enterprise cooperation were invited to assist and counsel these students. Teachers also helped students do simulation drill to enhance their competitiveness.
It is reported that “CFFEX” National College Students Financial Knowledge Contest has maintained the highest level, the most difficulty and the widest coverage in the domestic field of finance knowledge contest since it was firstly held in 2014. About 80 universities in China regard this contest as one of the factors of recommending the admission of graduate. Meanwhile, Internship and employment opportunities in domestic financial institutions are also given priority to the students who win the contest.
